Actions
The first column of the transaction listing contains a Select box which
will be unchecked by default. Select
the box next to the transaction to make a change, and then select an action
link at the bottom of the page (these actions appear as hyperlinks). For
example, the All transactions View includes:
- Select All
- Hold Selected Items
- Unhold Selected Items
- Void/Delete Selected Items
The available actions vary depending on the transaction view.
For example: in the All Transactions view, there may be both Pending
Authorization and Pending Settlement transactions that a user selects.
In this
case, the Pending Authorization transaction will be deleted and the Pending
Settlement transactions will be voided when the user clicks Void/Delete
Selected Items.
Note: Once you select
the Void/Delete Items option, the transaction cannot be returned to the
current batch.
When Select All is
chosen, it will select transactions that may be out of view. Scroll
down to make sure all transactions selected are the ones you intend to
select for this action.
