For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).
We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for the processing of payments and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
The mailing address and telephone number we have on file will not be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
MeS Virtual Terminal clients are required to maintain an e-mail address on file. That address should be for a MeS Virtual Terminal administrator. E-mails will be send to that individual that might include:
- Announcements about changes to the MeS Virtual Terminal
- News on payment industry changes that affect security, pricing, or new procedural requirements
- Scheduled system maintenance that might result in any brief system outage
- Confirmations of administrative changes
- Alerts of conditions or situations that might affect transactions and/or batches.
With respect to spam blockers: Keeping a valid e-mail address on file that is not blocked by any spam filters for at least one person designated as the MeS Virtual Terminal Administrator is a condition of using the MeS Virtual Terminal. Details on the roles and responsibilities of an Administrator can be found in the Help section of MeS Virtual Terminal. E-mail announcements and alerts are sent to the Administrator on record will from the following e-Mail address: admin@merchante-solutions.com.
With respect to cookies: Cookies are small text files placed on your computer's hard drive that allow MeS Virtual Terminal to operate. These cookies are not placed for any reason other than the operation of MeS Virtual Terminal. Cookies must be enabled to utilize MeS Virtual Terminal.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
